continuing my 6-year-old's challenge to serve something red at every meal between now and Valentine's Day...
construction meeting on-the-go breakfast: strawberry yogurt cup + homemade strawberry-filled scone + "hug" cereal + half a banana
lunch: heart-shaped roasted red pepper goat cheese spread/cheddar sandwiches + red pepper spears + Kefir + cinnamon apple sauce + frozen strawberries (that will thaw by lunchtime)
dinner: cheese ravioli with Rao's marinara sauce + pears
